General Provisions & Definitions
878bd (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", or "the Company") operates an online casino and sports betting service for users in Bangladesh. This Terms & Conditions document (hereinafter "Terms") constitutes a binding legal agreement applicable to the use of all services on the Platform.
Some important definitions used in these Terms are described below:
- "User" or "Member": Any person who registers on the 878bd platform and uses its services.
- "Services": Casino games, sports betting, fishing games, live casino, and any other gaming features available on the Platform.
- "Wallet": The virtual currency balance linked to each member's account.
- "Bonus Funds": Additional balance provided as part of a promotion, subject to specified conditions that must be met before withdrawal.
- "Wagering Requirement": The total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement
Only individuals aged 21 or older may open an account and use services on 878bd. Minors are not permitted to open accounts, and any such account will be terminated immediately upon detection.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each individual may open only one account. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all balances and bonuses may be forfeited.
2.3 Accurate Information
Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory. 878bd reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. Allowing third parties to access your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, notify the support team immediately.
Account Verification
The 878bd platform follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure security and fair play. Identity verification may be requested before processing a withdrawal or under certain circumstances.
3.1 Required Documents
- Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport
- Recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
- Proof of ownership of payment method (e.g., proof of registration for bKash or Nagad number)
All documents submitted for verification must be clear, legible, and valid. Providing false or altered documents will result in permanent account termination.
3.2 Verification Timeframe
The Company reserves the right to hold withdrawals above a certain amount until verification is complete. If documents are not provided within a reasonable time after a request from the Platform, account activity may be restricted.

- Nagad — the digital financial service of the postal department
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
- Upay — UCB's digital payment service
- Bank Transfer — major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank
4.2 Minimum Limits
Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800 (all methods)
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawals on the 878bd platform are generally processed within 1 hour. However, processing may take longer if a verification process is ongoing or a security review is required.
4.4 Withdrawal Terms
- Deposits are returned using the same method through which they were made.
- If an active bonus is present, withdrawal may not be possible until the wagering requirement has been met.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Even if the balance consists only of your own deposited funds, wagering requirements will apply when withdrawing alongside a bonus balance.

5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonus offers may be used once only and are non-transferable.
- Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all benefits being cancelled.
- Certain games or bet types may not count toward the wagering requirement — detailed terms are set separately for each promotion.
- 878bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- In the event of any bonus-related dispute, the decision of 878bd will be considered final.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All gaming and betting activities on the 878bd platform are governed by the following rules.
6.1 Casino Games
The platform offers games from world-class providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game has its own rules and RTP (Return to Player). All games are operated to ensure fair play.
6.2 Sports Betting
Betting is available on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and other sports. Be aware of the odds set before placing a bet — odds are subject to change.
6.3 Bet Cancellation Policy
- Once a bet is confirmed, it is generally not possible to modify or cancel it.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
6.4 Maximum Win Limits
There may be limits on the maximum amount that can be won in a single bet or game session. These limits may differ across games or promotions and will be communicated separately.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain the security and orderly environment of the 878bd platform:
- Any form of fraud, deception, or attempt to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated methods to play games or place bets.
- Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities of the Platform.
- Using the Platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Dishonestly claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members.
- Unauthorized copying or distribution of the Platform's content or systems.
Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the account, and all balances may be forfeited. In serious cases, the Company reserves the right to take legal action.
Responsible Gambling

8.1 Self-Exclusion
Any member may request to have their account suspended for a set period or permanently. Contact the support team for assistance with this request.

Amendments & Account Termination
12.1 Amendments to Terms

12.2 Member's Right to Close Account
Any member may close their account at any time. To do so, please submit a request to the support team. Make sure to withdraw any valid balance before closing your account.
12.3 Organization's Rights
878bd may suspend or terminate an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these terms.
- Providing false information or forged documents.
- Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
- Failure to provide verification documents within the specified time.
